Continuous product development and evolution of Shinola Women’s Watches: Bixby, Derby, Book, Bikelock, Birdy, Canfield. Creating original looks and designs that align with broad range of categories (handbags, jewelry, Men’s)
Offer new features and materials, introduce seasonal color stories, refresh mainline core products that work within established brand guidelines.
Technical and mechanical drawings, watch specifications for factory manufacturing (Tech packs and Colorways).
Communication, creation and approval of mechanical drawings.
Solve technical, mechanical, and construction challenges during product development.
New watch packaging for Shinola Womens Watches and Tom Ford Timepieces.

Collaborate on execution of proposal collateral (teaser videos, product photography, project samples).
Interpret creative briefs, produce creative concepts and presentation decks. Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences. Revise concepts and designs based on internal and client feedback/direction.
Mood boards and concepts with a focus on fashion trends for Shinola Womens, Tom Ford, Marc Jacobs, Hillier Bartley, Filson. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
Development of a design, file and asset organization system to keep teams aligned each season. Organization through out concept development, execution, and delivery of final product while working with large remote team (Texas, Michigan, Hong Kong, China, Europe) during COVID-19 pandemic challenges.

Offering new features and materials, introducing seasonal color stories, refreshing core products while aligning with other categories (Apparel/Ready-To-Wear, handbags, wallets, sunglasses, jewelry, shoes, Men’s) for strong storytelling.
Technical and mechanical drawings, watch specifications for factory manufacturing (Tech packs and Colorways).
Communication, creation and approval of mechanical drawings.
Solve construction challenges during product development and innovation. Solve technical challenges of final design in production, keeping the balance of margins, MSRP, and AUR in mind.
Create watch mechanical drawings for production. Responsible for the review and approval of technical drawings.
Contribute to ideas, concepts, seasonal creative direction, and mood boards for licensor’s review and approval. Mood boards and concepts with a focus on fashion trends.
Design exclusives for retail accounts: Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macy’s, Dillard’s, DFS, Michael Kors and Marc by Marc Jacobs boutiques & outlets.
